  • What size of storage unit do I need for my belongings?

    Determining the right size unit depends on the items you plan to store. Our website features a helpful size guide with examples of common items to assist you in choosing the appropriate unit. Additionally, our staff is available to provide personalized recommendations based on your specific needs.

  • Can I access my storage unit anytime?

    Yes! Stor-All has an add-on option to access your storage unit 24/7. Our state-of-the-art security camera system, automatic gate with key-coded access, and well-lit premisis allows us to offer this 24/7 access. Standard gate hours without the 24/7 add on option are 6AM - 10PM.

  • What security measures are in place to protect my stored items?

    Our facility prioritizes the safety and security of your belongings. We employ a range of measures, including 24/7 surveillance, access control systems, and well-lit premises. Our goal is to provide a secure environment, giving you peace of mind that your items are in good hands.

  • How long of a contract is required?

    Stor-All offers the flexibility of month-to-month contracts. Customers are welcome to rent short-term or long-term.

  • How do I pay my storage bill?

    Stor-All customers can pay their monthly bill online either through our website or a link that comes directly to their email. Payment can be made with credit card, debit card, or checking account. We also accept payments over the phone.

  • What items am I not allowed to store?

    The rule of thumb is that anything that is illegal, flammable or combustible, alive, or that will rot CANNOT be stored in our storage units.

  • Can I live or sleep in my unit?

    No. It is against California law for anyone to live or sleep in our storage units.

  • What pest or varmint control does Stor-All take?

    Stor-All is contracted with a nationally recognized pest control expert that treats the facility on a regular schedule.

  • Does Stor-All have insurance or protection options?

    Customers can purchase a Tenant Protection Plan (TPP) through the Stor-All website. These TPPs provide different levels of coverage at a variety of price levels.

  • What is the process for moving out?

    Please provide Stor-All Self Storage with 30 days advanced written notice of your planned move out date. On your scheduled move-out day, please make sure your storage unit is completely empty, broom swept, and your lock is removed from the storage unit. Please send us a picture of your empty unit to finalize your move out.
